At Washington Spirit Shop, we want you to wear your team colors with pride; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and securely pack them using the original shipping materials if possible.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or shipment within 5-7 business days.
